Who can create a Connect space?
A professional or service provider can create a private space for clients and participants. Schools and daycares can use School mode.
How do participants join?
Participants join by email invitation. At sign-up, choose “I am a professional” to create or join a space, or “I am a participant” to accept an invitation, including on behalf of a child.
What do the modes include?
General mode is the default and has no records. School mode adds follow-up records, parent or guardian contacts, portfolios and bulk list import. Change the mode later in Admin > Modules.
How long is the free trial?
The first 3 months are free. After the trial, a Connect space costs CAD 4.99 monthly or CAD 54.99 annually. Cancel anytime.
Does the price change with the number of participants?
No. Pricing is per Connect space. Every member is included with no per-participant or per-seat fee.
Can I delete a space when a service ends?
Yes. The owner can close and delete the space when the service ends. Posts, messages, events and media also expire automatically after 18 months.
Where is private content stored?
Data and private media are hosted in Québec at OVH Beauharnois. Media opens through short-lived signed links after an access check.
